Notice of Inspection
Physical inspection:
May 12th to May 28th, in the anchorage of Guangzhou or Hong Kong.
Any potential buyers who intend to inspect MV”FILA” (the “Vessel”) shall contact with the project managers mentioned below in advance and submit copy of ID card or passport and the executed Letter of Indemnity (LOI).
Inspectors from the potential buyers shall prepare and wear safety equipment by themselves during the inspection. Please keep close to the Vessel’s itinerary and follow the instructions of the port authority and the Captain. The risk and expenses in relation to the inspection shall be borne by the potential buyers. The bidding company and the Sellers shall only be responsible for coordination work.
